You Can Empower
Tomorrow's Leaders in Human Sciences

Building for the Future

The new Academic & Research Facility will enable Auburn University's College of Human Sciences to enhance its commitment to academic excellence by providing a state-of-the-art learning environment.

The Academic & Research Facility will move the College of Human Sciences forward in the following key areas:

Modern Learning Environment:

A state-of-the-art facility will provide advanced classrooms, laboratories, and research spaces, essential for maintaining our nationally ranked and recognized programs.

Global Impact:

Enhanced facilities will support our mission to prepare students to make meaningful contributions to society and address global challenges.

Expanding Space:

With 51% growth over the past two decades, The College of Human Sciences requires a facility that can accommodate our increasing student body and faculty.

Consolidation of Resources:

Bringing all Human Sciences departments, except for the Horst Schulze School of Hospitality Management now well positioned in the Tony and Libba Rane Culinary Science Center, under one roof will foster greater interdisciplinary collaboration and efficiency.

Shape the Future:
Support Auburn University's New Facility to Foster Innovation and Transform Lives

This centralized facility will foster interdisciplinary collaboration, drive innovative research, and ensure our students are globally aware, professionally competent, and socially engaged. A new facility and the resources that will accompany it will strengthen our ability to positively impact the health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities locally and globally.

Additionally, a new facility is critical for our nationally ranked and recognized programs to maintain their status and for recruiting and retaining world-class faculty who continue our tradition of excellence in teaching, research, and community service.
